4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship physical goods to Denmark and Europe.
Delivery time: Usually [e.g., 5-10] business days for Fine Art Prints.
Digital delivery: Files from photoshoots are delivered via [e.g., a secure download link] as agreed.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Cancellations)
According to EU consumer law, different rules apply to our various products and services:
Fine Art Prints: These are produced to order according to your specific selection. As these items are custom-made to your specifications, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, and these items cannot be returned.
Photoshoots and Services: For photographic or graphic assignments, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. By booking a session, you agree that the service begins with your consent and that you lose your right to withdraw once the assignment is completed.
Standard Products: For any non-customized physical products, you have a standard 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
6. Warranty (Complaints)
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month warranty. If a print is damaged upon arrival or a digital file is corrupted, please contact us immediately. The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect handling or normal wear and tear.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be settled between the parties will be handled by the Danish courts or the Danish Appeals Boards (Nævnenes Hus).
